About us

Many air-conditioning shops started as shops. We did not: we were a service first, and you can feel it in everything we do to this day.

2006: we started as a service

Servis Čović was registered in 2006 as a craft workshop for servicing and repairing cooling and air-conditioning units. Before we sold our first unit we repaired other people’s, and the faults of every maker taught us what lasts and what does not.

Fujitsu, a choice made in the workshop

Repairing every brand, one surprised us with quality and power the others could not offer. We made the decision that defines us to this day: we left every other maker and began offering only what we can stand behind with our own service.

Through further training and constant tracking of inverter technology we became the authorised Fujitsu service and distributor for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

2010: from a workshop to a company

In 2010 the workshop became a company, Servis Čović d.o.o., headquartered in Čitluk. Our service and showroom space is there too: you can see the units and try them before you buy.

Today

Today we are twenty. We work from Čitluk and from Metković and supply the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Fujitsu has been joined by GENERAL from the same maker, Galletti fan coils and our own Velt thermostats. The warranty runs up to five years with regular annual maintenance, and you can pay in instalments.

The workshop rule still stands: we sell nothing we do not know how to repair.
