Before the season: annual maintenance protects output and warranty
A dirty filter raises consumption and spoils the air you breathe, and regular annual maintenance extends the warranty to five years.

A unit that cooled all summer is full of dust exactly where the air comes in. A dirty filter means less airflow, higher consumption and air you would rather not breathe.
The annual inspection and cleaning restore the output and keep the unit healthy: filters, the exchanger, the condensate drain, refrigerant pressure, the electrics. It also catches the small thing that would become a winter breakdown.
And there is the reason that pays best: the warranty. You get two years outright, and with regular annual maintenance it grows to five.
For guesthouses and hospitality we schedule before the season, so the units work when the guests are there. Call in time: pre-season slots go first.
